Unable to add region ap-south-1

Hi Folks,

while adding aws provider ap-south-1 i am unable to add aws cloud provider it is throwing error "unexpected error"
I am able to add aws provider with region us-east-1 but my all aws resources are in ap-south-1 . please help me to add aws region ap-south-1 ass resources to manageiq aws cloud provider

@agrare Can you look into this one? It almost sounds like if you don't have access to us-east-1, then you might have problems before you are even able to start?

@mulayamy what version are you on?
Also can you post the exception from the logs when you try to add the provider with region ap-south-1? I don't see anywhere that uses us-east-1 during the credential verification so it should be using the region that you provided.
