Abstract
Nodefleet is a Web3 blockchain and node running company focused on delivering value for investors/builders on the Pocket Network ecosystem providing top quality engineering and quality infrastructure around all of its products.
We are the third largest node provider on pocket.network with all of our pocket network domains combined we process around 117-150m requests per day served with around 23 different blockchains nodes across 3 regions; Southeast Asia, North America and Central Europe. The last 30 days we've had a total of 3.6 billion requests processed (attached in the links section).
With our experience on infrastructure development and open source space, we would love to collaborate with AKASH by developing the requested analytics and real time dashboard based on the sig-analytics prd. This developed with a user centered design, additionally with real-time, monitoring, health and performance statistics on the infrastructure and servers to be built.
By delivering this analytics dashboard, we also are going to empower the community and the akash team with an open source solution and a public API, that will unlock more opportunities for research and insights across the entire network.

Proposed Solutions
In order to fulfill this proposal, we are going to be building an analytics dashboard that will meet the following based on the requirements mentioned in the sig-analytics prd which are summarized below:
Network and provider usage
Provider network state & Network growth metrics
User activation & Retention metrics
The first step that we are going to take as a team is to start a user centered design process with our UI/UX team to build the UI wireframes and test sessions with key final users to design our dashboard based on real user validation to fulfill the expectations of the project and deliver real value to the community.
We are going to rely on all of our software libraries and components by using open source alternatives for the indexing/database/ and for the analytics dashboard itself in order to be reproducible/ customizable and at the same time being efficient and scalable for the solution.
We’ll be working also by making public the API backend of the analytics dashboard in order to meet the requirements mentioned in the proposal to open the access of this data for the community and for akash team so they can have the option to do more in-depth research with the data available.
Additional maintenance metrics will be created in a separated grafana dashboard for monitoring in real time the health of the analytics dashboard, AKT node and traffic of the public API access to the indexed data for maintenance and status reporting.

Funding Request & Timeline
In order to implement sig-analytics prd analytics dashboard and provide code and infrastructure maintenance for the platform we request 55k in AKT for the development and 4k AKT in USD monthly upfront after the 4 months of development for the cost and maintenance of the system, dashboard analytics, public API access, open source code updates and engineer support.

Conclusion
We understand that the data properly visualized on an efficient user-centered analytics platform plays an important role in the strategic planning and decision making for the future of the Akash Network. By funding this proposal our team will be able to address the lack of visibility and indexing limitations on the network providing a open source solution with a user-centered frontend and efficient engineering for the akash community
