Tips on how to debug Install-ChocolateyInstallPackage?

Building, testing, and deploying a chocolatey package via gitlab CD/CI using Virtualbox 7.0 and Windows10 guest.

Google says Exit code was '-2147213312' is potentially due to a corrupted or missing .iss file.
I am confident the .iss file is in the C:\ProgramData\chocolatey\lib\do-more\tools directory and not corrupt (see below).

Trying manual(?) debugging(?) by going into the lib-bad directory and simulating the CI/CD chocolatey commands.

Maybe like my last question CI/CD cannot be used to build this package. Which would be disappointing.

The issue https://github.com/orgs/chocolatey-community/discussions/2154 was also a package not in the community package feed, but you helped and gave advise on that package.

I am trying to get the Do-more package into the community feed. Just like I was trying to get the statistiCA into the community feed. Questions are similar. Given your responses. I guess the questions are not similar.

I will go look for a more appropriate venue to ask my question.
