[Feature Request]: Indicate Binary when listing Pull Request files

Currently the Pull Request Files API endpoint does not return any field to indicate that a file is considered a binary file, where as this is viewable when getting the raw diff of the PR or viewing the 'Changes' on the UI with the BIN indicator.

Adding this would allow users to be able to determine if a PR includes any changes to binary files programmatically.
