My Sponsorship Fee Not Credited to My Account

Hello, although the fee sent by my Sponsor QuantumNET via Github Sponsor was visible in my account, no shipment was made or delivered by Stripe even though we passed the 22nd of the month. What is the reason for this problem? While my previous sponsorships were deposited into my account on the 22nd without any problems, it has not been deposited yet. I wish you a good day.
