Full actions usage endpoint/query

There is an Actions Usage Page on a repositories insights /actions/metrics/usage. Im interested in calculating the cost of the actions just on one repo and this information would be extremely useful. Unfortunatly I can't find a way to get this information without making a call to get all workflows on the repo and then a call to get the stats for each workflow one by one. Also the usage endpoint for a single workflow is returning a 503 response code.
Is there something I am missing or a way around this, I know you can get the data at an org or user wide level but thats not granular enough for my purposes.
