Allow sponsors to access newsletter posts through GitHub

It would be cool if sponsors could view sponsor newsletter posts in GitHub, forever(/until they're deleted)

Currently, it looks like sponsors just get a one-time email per newsletter post, an email that they might not get and one they could easily lose or miss (please correct me if I'm wrong on this!!).

With the current implementation, it's tough to use the newsletters feature - as cool as the idea is, a large majority of sponsors don't seem to really see the posts, and a lack of integration for it in GitHub itself seems to be a big reason for it.

Further integration could include notifications or mentions of new newsletter posts in the sponsor's home feed.
