Removed login from my account list

I had two logins linked to my account (the second one "@cschifani2" I made somehow unintentionally). I wanted to delete the second one but accidentally deleted my main one "@cschifani" which is linked to projects etc. Is it possible to reinstate the first login? Thanks!

Message after deletions: "Successfully removed @cschifani from your account list."
