Loading a repository that is cloned (fork applied to personal account) does not work.

Hi, I have tried several times to start everything from scratch, restart bash, I have good internet connectivity, the repository I am cloning is in my account and I have previously applied fork, the files are in good condition. I don't know how to solve this problem.
