No events (other than commits on a PR) performed by a user who I have blocked will show up in the events list of an issue or pull request, even on repositories not owned by either of us. This can be confusing, since the full list of events is incomplete. For example, an issue will show up as closed without any indication of who or when it was closed in the events list.
This is not documented to happen on the "Blocking a user from your personal account" page that I saw.
I don't know if this is related to the redesign or not, I don't know how to turn it on or off to check if the old/new version are different.
