Using Lists in Personal Repositories too

The idea of lists to organize our starred repositories is a great idea, so I think it can be replicated to ou repositories as well.
Here some ideas I think:

• The lists should have a description and a README using markdown for us to document what repositories are inside:
  
• There's no limitation of lists in the repositories or stars.
• Use filters to check and find repos inside lists (the filter should be string search or for languages as example).
• You can share your list to social media or have some URL for us to post elsewhere.
• maybe one day we could change the color of the list. (optional)
