aioble connects before getting the scan response

I am trying to figure out why the device name comes up empty sometimes, though I know that the device issues a device name (though it happens to be in the scan response). Most of the time the scan response is not empty (unless the device sends an empty one) but every once and a while aioble gives me no deviceName because the scan response is not there. On a sniff I saw three advertisements and then a connect and that gave me no name. FOr my implementation that is a problem as I need that information.

Is this a bug?
