Bug in machine.RTC in MicroPython v1.24.0-preview.462

I can confirm a strange behavior for RP2 Pico and rtc.datetime().
a) It is not initialized
b) When setting a date using rtc.datetime(), the date return is about 6 years off (1953 days).
This with MicroPython v1.24.0-preview.462.g078ead24f on 2024-10-23; Raspberry Pi Pico with RP2040
