Optionally support fallbacks for empty Content

In addition to ContentProviders.withFirst(), a fallback could also be used to fetch different content, if the primary ContentProvider is returning empty content.

While this has performance implications (sequential fetching of content instead of parallel fetching as in ContentProviders.withFirst()), sometimes this might be helpful.
