storage init for snapshot engine feeds --network $NETWORK which is either an override value or the begining of the namespace before -shots with URL testnets this fails. What should be fed in is --network $CHAIN_NAME there are 2 places where this needs to be changed in mainJob.yaml and the tezos-config configmap needs to be mounted to each job pod.
