move generic stuff outside (fetchResourceByCountryAndNameStartingWith() and getBestI18nValue() to DatacoreBusinessDaoBase), move org stuff to (Datacore)OrganizationDao, cleanup archi by creating a (Datacore)Geo/OrgService...
