The latest code is not yet released.
sandbox variable is not being passed to the PaddleClient in v0.1.2

Temp workaround in requirements.txt:
-e git+https://github.com/paddle-python/dj-paddle.git@8945137c9ff70ae00d519625f81b10d1bc6bf071#egg=dj-paddle
