As a user visiting a custom dashboard that only allows users to push onchain to a subset of networks
I want to only receive notifications relevant to this dashboard, specifically the onchain notifications
So that I can avoid confusion around onchain networks that aren't available via this dashboard

Acceptance Criteria

GIVEN I am accessing a custom dashboard
WHEN that dashboard only allows pushing onchain to a single network
