List of reasons someone might migrate

This is a great repo, thank you. Do you have a list of reasons why a user might want to migrate from one Solid pod to another? I'd be grateful for that as it would help me put into better context the material in https://github.com/pdsinterop/solid-migrator/blob/main/1-forwarding.md

Off the top of my head, another pod provides:

1. additional features that they're looking for such as supporting version 2/3/4 etc of the solid spec.
2. better security options
3. better visual / audio accessibility features
4. better reliability / web access for their region / country
5. better reliability / web access for the region / country of their consumers / collaborators
6. better / cheaper hosting: upload/download rates, max storage
7. more trustworthy
8. more ethical, i.e. not hosting their material along with other users who are hosting what they view as harmful or unethical material

Perhaps there are also other factors such as:

1. legal requirement to not store someone else's data in a certain region/country that a pod provider operates from
2. legal requirement to not store your own data somewhere (e.g. oppressive regime dictates where you are allowed to use or not)... this would have an impact though probably not solution to any forwarding solutions that use the original provider.
3. legal requirement to not use a service from another country (definitely would effect some forwarding solutions)

Do you have a list of reasons why a user might want to migrate from one Solid pod to another?

Our original use-case was inspired by https://solid.community going down, but you are correct in stating we should more explicitly mention potential motivation of users.

I think your input is a great starting point for this, so many thanks!
