Support addition of new roles/delegation

• Add new handlers/logic to allow delegating profile process roles to a profile process or wallet address

• Are profile processes the right way to go here, or it should be the wallet addresses? If profiles, messages will be profile > profile.

• If we use wallet address to delegate, there's one less message (wallet direct to profile)

• Also, delegated profiles of a profile that is delegated also get access? This should be preventable if we check the role/wallet address

• We can handle resets of delegaton on profile transfers also

• Figure out what level of access allows what - would needt to be customizable
