I'd like to have the option to install parquet_s3_fdw from the "official" package repositories.

I think we can consider with reference to SQLite FDW.
Our project does only GitHub release and registering sources into PGXN currently in SQLite FDW.

So it will be the starting point to register sources into PGXN.

And further packageing effort will need consulting with PostgreSQL Yum Repository members.

On the other hand, we also need to consider how to package dependent libraries as technical aspect.
