find the singularities
identify the center of eddies
launch all trajectories from the pointcarre sections with Parcels
minimize distance to find proper boundaries (hopefully not too much overhead to use Parcels for very few particles..)
class for contours that can be use for lavd and elliptic lcs (return list of object)
