Describe the bug
SIT environment. When opening the application, the story modal does not open. Trying to open it through the "i" -> "Explore" option does not work either.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to SOTO SIT
  2. See error

Expected behavior
Story modal should open on fresh application load.
