All production exchanges which have "kWh" as an unit and an efficiency over 1 (they are between 1.9 to 3.8) are allocated datasets which produce electricity as a by-product.
E.g: sulfate pulp production from different kinds of biomass; or sawing and planing

Thus, we assume that these efficiencies are fine, @romainsacchi?
