无法添加书签
复现：
1.点击书签页面
2.添加书签
3.关闭书签页面
4.再次打开，已经添加的书签消失

Seem avoidable by
1.creating a folder "new-window" in %appdata%
2. In new-window folder create/touch a file named "bookmark.json"

I do not see any error in console even the new-window folder does not exist.
