I think we are getting up to the point where it can make sense to split up the RIP library into multiple seperate crates. Kind of like we are doing with rattler, a couple of things I can think we can split up. We can discuss this though.

  1. PyPI index access and potentially artifact caching.
  2. Venv management and creation
  3. Seperate types crate (SDist and such)
  4. Wheel building.
  5. Package resolution.
