Display Parts contributor information

Feature Description

As a book administrator I want to be able to display contributor information for Parts like I can for Chapters. They should display in the Table of Contents as well as on the Part page.

Feature Use Case

A book where different authors have contributed to different chapters may have Parts like "Introduction" or "Conclusion" for which they also want to display information about the authors. Currently this is only possible for Chapters.

We are just coming up with a way to add feature requests to be reviewed by the Steering Committee. We can use this issue as an example.
