Currently this runs in-memory, and only supports one instance.
Allowing this to scale out will resolve slow load time issue during app starts #67

The Service setup is INCREDIBLY slow. I have browsed around the Azure introduction site https://tryappservice.azure.com/sv-se and EVERY page takes at least (!) one minute to load. To setup and try a simple MVC web app hangs FOREVER. This is not a good showcase for Azure!! #67
