Lock OMN token duration tooltip not showing up sometimes

Describe the bug
It looks like the tooltip for showing the remaining locked duration of locked OMN tokens is not showing up sometimes.

Expected behavior
Tooltip should always show up.

@pimato Can you give steps to reproduce it...I wasn't able to trigger it for me it works. I tried going back and inputting amount but it still works...
