I have been user testing this and often it seems that on AllSync zip files (and perhaps other archives and types of files) download as 0KB files. In addition, others download as too small and thus are corrupted (or non-viable) zips when extracted. I went all the way down to a single concurrent download to see if that would impact it, and it still happens. Tested on more than one device and at different times to account for periods where AllSync is slower than other times.
What this results in as files being detected as present in download or "compare" location yet they are not valid files. This means in that you cant really know if the file is legitimate unless you go through one by one which seems to defeat purpose of this application.
I don't know if this is possible but potential fix might be to add "Overwrite Smaller" to the possible overwrite modes and thus if you ran Cloud Folder browser a few times and it stopped downloading new files you would know you had actually downloaded the full amount of data for the files and thus know the files were not "corrupt" due to being incomplete.

Just a side note the error diagnostic for winzip for the incomplete (too small) zips is "Unexpected End of Archive" other applications list as Archive is Corrupt. It is clear that many are too small and others are simply stored to download location as 0 KB
So first of all, I haven't been able to get incomplete or corrupted download myself
May have found the reason why download retries would fail and leave incomplete file on disk, changed it
Now if you want to check corrupted files on your disk uncheck [Hide existing files] before syncing. After that during download it will check file sizes and if they are not the same (with some error margin just in case) it will redownload them
