Document how to create a CustomResource in c#

Hello!

The docs are really confusing on this topic, and I am unable to find a piece of code that shows clearly how to do this. It would be fantastic if there was a proper example for creating for example a cert-manager ClusterIssuer (https://cert-manager.io/docs/configuration/acme/dns01/azuredns/#configure-a-clusterissuer) or some other common custom resource

I'm just unable to figure out how to do it, and tho I suspect its something almost every cluster on the planet needs, there's not a single piece of working example on the internet
