preserve number of digits and units used in form when printing the summary table

If you enter a time off beam (e.g., 1.007 y), the output table displays the column header to only two digits (1.0 y in this case). Use the same precision in the header as in input form. Ideally use the same units as well.

Similarly for mass (if entered in mass field) and time on beam.
