I've just installed plantuml extension it show no preview, but still opens a new tabbed window.

same for me, windows 11, vs code 1.93.1
plantuml version: v2.18.1

Same for me, too. macOS 15.0.1, M2 chip
PlantUML extention version: v2.18.1

For me, the error was that i was missing the @startuml tag.

My plantuml extension is now working. Preview window wasn't refreshed in my case.
When I modify my uml text file, it was refreshed and worked well.
