CppExternalModule referencing to external headers not DRY

Right now, referencing must be specified in two places:

• in a CppExternalModule under the resources header
• in the stdimports section of the module using the CppExternalModule (see e.g. test.ex.cpp.goodweather.shapesTutorial)
