Show a hint for deleteable bot messages

Bot triggered messages (currently a quote or a Tag response), can be removed by the user who triggered them with reacting with either ❌ or 🗑️.
This is valid up to 7 days from triggering a message, otherwise, reacting won't do anything. This is design.

Currently that info isn't presented to the user.

How and where should the hint be displayed? Knowing that there are variations of the messages being deleted. Some are legacy, other contains V2 components. Some legacy components have existing footers, should we keep those and append the hint? Or should we remove the footer?

I personally don't think we should add the hint to the Tags functionality, since it will make it cumbersome, since tags are just plain text, it will look weird and out of place.
