There's Nuxt SEO suite Link Checker.

But all I want is rather simple:

What are the external links, complete with query, hash in their URL

So that I can find ways to:

Check which ones are no longer online
(maybe) disable them at nuxt build time or similar
(maybe) ensure they have rel=noopener or equivalent and eventually a way to only have referrer inducing link to ones that are allow listed
A place to keep track of the URLs, date last checked if still online (not 20+ years later like I did)
