The screen should contain all the components that the current admin has: Top summary bar with "Connected to", "Issues", "Servers", "Tables"

@oferitz Just a quick FYI - i'm working on this along with the dashboard page (#9).
Here is the branch - https://github.com/RebirthDB/rebirthdb-desktop/tree/%239%26%237-dashboard-page-and-info-panel
I estimate to get these both to full completion - data, chart, UI, will take me about 3-4 weeks.

As I mentioned on #35, we should make a more common component that shares the sidebar, top bar and footer in all screens.
We then could make the navigation links visible or not based on if the user is connected or on the login page
