This test appears to test identically created indexes, twice:
https://github.com/rethinkdb/rethinkdb-ts/blob/main/test/manipulating-tables.ts#L298-L310

I just wanted to let you know in case you might want to delete duplicate queries in that test.

Looks a bit strange, don't know what was intended to be tested where, would ask guys what it is all about, thanks!
