[Docs] Broken next/previous links

I couldn't find an issue for this so I apologise if you're already aware of this. The "next" and "previous" links at the bottom of the documentation site are broken in most places. One example is https://riverqueue.com/docs/reliable-workers where clicking "Next: transactional enqueuing" takes the user to the beginning of the retries section and clicking "Previous: Job retries" takes the user to the documentation landing page.

Weeeird. I suspect this may have broken during a transition to Astro and we didn’t catch it.
