Hello and thank you for this project - real time saver.

I have managed to get to the end of this tutorial and now when I am trying to update Event Subsciptions page in Slack Features with API gateway endpoint, I am getting this message:

Your URL didn't respond with the value of the challenge parameter.

I have managed to do it with my previous version of the app that I have ran on the localhost and exposed to the public with ngrok, it also have used Slack bolt library.

Do you have any suggestions on what could cause it? Missing environment variable settings in AWS ?

I have managed to fix an issue by recreating the AWS Api Gateway resource manually. But I assume that something is not right with Terraform files?
