build fail on arm64

Gradle won't build with java 17 lts on ventura mac arm64. Any easy way to fix this?

i could install an older java version but would like to avoid rosetta. it look like the most recent java gradlew=6.7 will build is java 14. I hope somebody is still around cuz it is a great program.

Gradle is the limiting itself to java 17 ?
