一种建议的方案

使用 wx local storage 实现，因为用户会用不同的设备使用，所以每个 local cache 都要具备校验码，每次首先向云查询一下校验码（say 一个 timestamp），然后实现都很常规了。

增量同步，实时同步，需要具对着云开发的数据库各种精细操作来做，时间关系暂时没办法花时间做这部分
