[Experimental] GoFlow DSL support #63

GoFlow DSL would allow user to define a workflow as a DSL. DSL can be a simple yaml file

The expectation is:

Aligned to go flow domain
Provide existing go flow construct and readable
Doesn't need compilation of the executor for flow changes
Allow go flow workload to be completely independent of go flow ([GoFlow-4] Allow GoFlow workload to be completely independent to the flow #4)
