I am running ariba as follows

ariba run ../get_prep_ref/resfinder/out.resfinder.prepareref ../../preprocessing/K13657/K13657_R1_filtered.fastq.gz ../../preprocessing/K13657/K13657_R2_filtered.fastq.gz K13657/out.resfinderK13657run
And I get the above error
ariba.clusters.error: at least one cluster failed! stopping...

I had the same issue when using a different program with ariba. But I just managed to make it worked when i downgraded bcftools!

ariba=2.14.6
bcftools=1.12
