The excluded_models feature should hide worktypes from the work indexer pages

This work needs discussion. This feature was originally requested by UTK. Do we want to bring it over to iiif_print (who only excludes work from the catalog search).

Story

The excluded_models feature should hide work types from the work indexer pages and the catalog search.

Acceptance Criteria

• The excluded_models feature should hide worktypes from the work indexer pages, too.

Testing Instructions and Sample Files

• Test on an app that has pdf split. Either create a new work with a multipage pdf or find an existing one.
• sample file: simpsons_trombone.pdf
• Find out what work type has been configured to be excluded, from the dev who worked on this ticket.
• Go to the admin dashboard. Click on Work so that you end up on the work index page with the All Works and Your Works tab.
• Click on each tab.
• Child works should not be present (BL):

Child works should only be accessible from the parent's show page's items section

This is low priority. This is a feature implemented in, and requested by, UTK to hide their Attachment model.
