Add support for configs and collections

To make the process of altering icons in post way easier, there should be a format to serialize and download (and upload) settings of single icons or even complete collections. However, this forces the app to deal with version differences, so this depends on the core icon capabilities like #114, #113, and #115. So this is more an epic than an actual feature by now.
