Authenticate user using Google OAuth2 (#29)

- Added "Sign in with Google" OAuth2 login flow
- Added end to end tests for frontend using cypress
- With `ADMIN_EMAIL` new enviornment variable, it will automatically assign super admin role to that admin email on first login
- More test coverage
- Major re-factoring for frontend codebase, now all backend API calls use authenticated API service
