Filter pages: Hide duration if no action selected, and if duration isn't applicable to the action

Incorrect units are displayed in the error of the textfield. Tried to fix it but the whole determining of units is voodoo magic to me @gc .

The outlining issue as seen in screenshot about (duration being more to the left than the text field) has been resolved in e0f0d10
