Add multiprocessing regression tests

Issue JP-3771 was created on JIRA by Melanie Clarke:

To make sure we don't encounter differences in output when multiprocessing is turned on for ramp_fit and jump steps, we should add a regression test that runs detector1 with and without multiprocessing parameters.
