Always show or only show a dropdown when multiple accounts exist.

Allow to switch between different accounts.

$ tailscale switch --list
gbraad(gbraad-devenv) *
gbraad(gbraad-private)
gbraad(spotsnel)
...
$ tailscale switch "gbraad(gbraad-private)"
Switching to account "gbraad(gbraad-private)"
Success.

Note: this is currently in Alpha for Tailscale so this might change
